These beautiful, detached houses are being built just 1 kilometer from the sandy beach of Mar Menor and 8 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. The houses are life-proof, which means that all facilities can be found on the ground floor, such as the living room, dining room and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and no height difference in the plot.
