Complex of two cortijos located in the mountains of Las Alpujarras-Cáñar. The property is accessed through a mixed concrete and dirt track. It has a private entrance. The main farmhouse is built on two levels and is made up of an entrance porch, a large living room with fireplace and open kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are six bedrooms, bathroom and access to a large terrace. Next to this property there is a large room with two floors that is used as a storage room and where the boiler and other facilities are located. About 80 meters away is the other cortijo, built on one floor. It consists of a living room with fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom. Next to this farmhouse there is another large room with a fireplace that is currently being used as a storeroom. The land (66,000m2) is planted mainly with walnut, cherry and chestnut trees. The property has ditch water rights for irrigation and a large shared Alberca (pool for irrigation). Electricity is through solar panels. Cáñar is a Spanish town and municipality located in the northwestern part of the Alpujarra Granadina region, in the province of Granada and autonomous community of Andalusia. It limits with the municipalities of Lanjarón, Órgiva, Carataunas, Soportújar, Pampaneira and Bubión. It should be noted that a large part of its municipal area is located in the Sierra Nevada National Park.
