Village house situated in Velex De Benaudalla in an elavated position with large roof terrace and swimming pool. The house was built ten years ago and has been completed to a good standard with double glazing and traditional terracotta floor tiles. A small patio area leads to the front door, inside there is a large open plan living room with wood burning stove, and two sets of doors overlooking the patio. Off the kitchen area, a door leads to a courtyard area. There  are built in storage cupboards with quality wooden door fronts, also on the ground floor there is a shower room and a room which would be ideal as a study with views over the village. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Up to the top floor and onto a large terrace the footprint of the house with wonderful West facing views over the village and towards the mountains. Also a large swimming pool with fantastic views of the Moorish Castle dominating the villlage. Services Mains water, electricty are to the house, internet is available from several local suppliers. Location Located on the left bank of the Río Guadalfeo, at the foot of Los Guájares and the Sierra de Lújar, Vélez de Benaudalla is set in beautiful natural surroundings. We highly recommend exploring the valley of the Río de la Toba, which separates the Sierra de Chaparral from Los Guájares. We also recommend a visit to the Garganta de los Vados, in the gorge of the Río Guadalfeo, a great place for rock climbing. At weekends experienced climbers gather here to practise. The beaches of the Costa Tropical are just 10 minutes away by car. Malaga Airport one hour fifteen minutes away.
