Would you like a typical Asturian stone house, with its two corridors overlooking the mountain in a super quiet place? You will wake up seeing those green landscapes, listening to the birds and just 10 minutes from the beach of Salinas or Avilés. And half an hour from Oviedo and Gijón and 15 minutes from the airport. We have it! It is in a town called Orbon, next to Pillarno, Castrillón. It is small, and has a granary, which is rented, currently paying €200 per month (a little more and it pays the mortgage), and a non-buildable land of about 1000 m2 The downside is that they are not together, the granary has it across the road and the meadow 100m away. The positive thing about the house is that it is made of stone and has the roof recently fixed, it also has a hayloft with a barbecue attached to the 2-storey house, which considerably expands the leisure space, ideal for making dinners and a living room/terrace on the top floor. The house itself is small, with only one bathroom, which is currently outside the house, right where the entrance door is, it would have to be relocated.
