At a good 10 kilometers from the extensive sandy beach of Guardamar, we find this beautiful new construction complex. This is the fifth phase of the project, of which the previous phases were built in Benijofar and Quesada. The current phase is located in the village of Benijofar, in the middle of a new residential area, but still close to the existing facilities.
