This beautiful Finca (Country House) is located only 9km from the center of Denia, and 4km from the Portal de Marina Shopping complex. It is nesteled in a beautiful location with spectacular countryside views. There are parts of the property which are over 200 years old, though it was reformed in 1974 by an American, who used Moorish influences to inspire the design, after spending much of his career in the Lebanon.
