This villa has been completely renovated to a modern standard (comparable to a new build villa) and offers panoramic views over the Javea coastline. The house is located in the Adsubia area of Javea just a few minutes drive from the sandy Arenal beach. The villa consists of two floors and has a spacious covered terrace on each floor where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the bay of Jávea. The house has its own parking space on the top floor. You enter a hall followed by a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. Large glass windows provide access to a spacious balcony.
