This incredible Villa located on the beachfront, where we practically touch the sand, is located on the beach of La Zenia in Orihuela Costa, where there are very few Villas with this privileged location. The villa is distributed in basement, ground floor, first floor and solarium. A magnificent garden with fruit trees, orange trees, lemon trees, natural grass, shade trees, etc. In the front of the house a large pool where you can swim. At the back of the garden, we also have a natural grass area with a very nice fence next to a built-in pergola which covers a large Jacuzzi. Another large masonry pergola covers a masonry table and chairs with a magnificent barbecue area.
