Village house in Maella in the historic center of the village, close to all amenities. The total area of the house is 389 m2, spread over four floors. The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance from where you go down a number of stair treads to a corridor where the wine cellar, an atelier and a courtyard with lots of privacy are located. From the entrance upstairs there is a storage room, a hallway, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The second floor consists of two single bedrooms, two double bedrooms with a spacious balcony, a spacious living room, a large open kitchen, a bathroom and a sunny terrace overlooking the hills of Maella. The top floor consists of two spacious rooms and a small terrace at the back of the house. Internet and television connections are possible.
