This nice and cozy holiday house with community pool in La Zenia, just a few minutes drive from the beach and the famous shopping center La Zenia Boulevard. The house is a particularly good choice for a family holiday with children. It offers enough space for 6 people. On the ground floor of the house is the first bedroom with a large 2 meter double bed with fitted wardrobe and the second bedroom with another double bed (135cm) and a fitted wadrobe. Furthermore, on the ground floor you can also find a bathroom with shower, the large living area with an open fully equipped kitchen. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning for hot and cold and a ceiling fan. The nice large terrace offers enough space to park the car on plot. On the first floor you can find another bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom with shower and a large glazed balcony with an enclosed open balcony. A perfect place for the winter months. EXTRA COSTS All additional costs such as electricity, water, internet etc. are included in the price. LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged.
