This beautiful holiday home with communal pool is located in Torrevieja, only 2 km from the beach. This property is a particularly good choice for a family holiday with children. It offers enough space for 5 persons. On the ground floor of the house you will find the living/ dining area with sofa bed and working area, fully equipped open plan kitchen and convenient downstairs toilet. On the first floor there are three generous sized bedrooms and main bathroom complete with bathtub. Also on this floor there is an air conditioning system which can cool or heat both floors. EXTRA COSTS All additional costs such as electricity, water, internet etc. are included in the price. Heating & BBQ : The heating and the BBQ runs on gas. If you want to use the heater or the BBQ then you will need to buy your own gas bottles. (For long-term rentals, the first three gas bottles are included) LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00. AIRPORT SHUTTLE Arrangements can be made upon request. Please contact us for pricing information.
