This beautiful holiday house is located in Torrevieja, only 400 meters from the famous pink salt lagoon. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen, living room and a dining area. There is also a large winter garden, a roof terrace and a beautiful large terrace with an outside shower, where you can enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine all day long. The house is fully equipped. There are air conditioning units in two bedrooms and ceiling fans in each room and the winter garden. For the colder months of the year there is a radiant heater in the bathroom, a gas heater in the living room and a radiant heater for the terrace. EXTRA COSTS All additional costs such as electricity, water, internet etc. are included in the price. Heating & BBQ : The heating and the BBQ runs on gas. If you want to use the heater or the BBQ then you will need to buy your own gas bottles. (For long-term rentals, the first three gas bottles are included) LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00. AIRPORT SHUTTLE Arrangements can be made upon request. Please contact us for pricing information.
