Rural village located at almost 1100 metres above sea level in the Natural Park of Os Ancares, 12km from the town council of Puebla del Brollón, where we find all kinds of services and 25km from Monforte de Lemos. In spite of being at a high altitude, the climate is very good due to the fact that the sun shines all day long. It faces south and to the north it is protected by a large mountain, which gives it a very special microclimate. In total, the rural village has 12 rooms with 25 accommodation places in the different houses, distributed in 15 buildings (6 rural houses, a bar-restaurant, a building used as a dining-room for meetings and, finally, several warehouses) together with 14 plots which, in total, add up to 100 acres. All the apartments are fully prepared, with a fully equipped kitchen (with all electrical appliances), dining table and chairs, living room with sofas, coffee table, TV, fireplace or wood-burning cooker, bedrooms with beds (9 of the 12 bedrooms have double beds and 3 have 2 beds of 90cm), bedside tables, wardrobe, chests of drawers with mirror and chairs. All bathrooms have washbasin, shower with double shower head and toilet. Some of them also have a bidet. In the village, in addition to the streets, there are two parking areas. In addition to the above, the project also includes the installation of a platform for clay pigeon shooting. The water is drinkable from the spring, with a 10,000 litre tank from which the village is supplied, and the water is never stagnant, but is constantly renewed. The hot water and heating is propane, and there is an underground tank and an independent boiler in each accommodation. The village also has a septic tank and a photovoltaic installation. Access to the village is via a 12km asphalted track from A Pobra do Brollón, which can be seen from the village itself, as well as Monforte de Lemos, where we can see its castle, Cabeza de Manzaneda and Peña Trevinca, among others. Throughout this area there are many routes to follow on foot or in all-terrain vehicles, and there are streams, pools and waterfalls for bathing.
