This beautiful property with two houses, a swimming pool and a lovely garden as well as a fruit orchard next to the river Darro, which runs through the property, is located only one minute from Huetor Santillan and only 10 minutes drive from the center of Granada. Given its location it is ideal for a rural tourism business.   The main house has ​​380 built m² and is built on the remains of an old mill.
