This property was once owned by the Principality of Asturias, and is now privately owned. It was formerly a tahona, or communal oven. It has been designed as an example of typical properties in the area, within a perfect setting to define the strength of Asturian nature. Carefully restored, it is composed of a hotel with 13 exclusive rooms, and a restaurant. It offers a multitude of activities, such as hiking along the Picos de Europa trails, horse or bike rides, canoeing, rafting, canyoning, climbing, caving, fishing… and of course, enjoying a day at the beach.It is a clear example of architecture that respects the environment. All rooms enjoy beautiful views of the river or the forest; 9 of them are on the first floor, and the remaining 4 are on the ground floor.The hotel has a bar, restaurant, two outdoor terraces, a lounge, a game room with billiards, table football, and reading books, and a cozy glazed terrace for dinners. The rooms feature flat-screen TVs, built-in wardrobes, complete bathrooms, and some of them have a dressing room or an extra bed for children. In total, it has a maximum capacity for 29 people.The restaurant has 3 possible rooms. The restaurant license allows for 40 seats. The license was obtained before the glazing of the outdoor terrace, which comfortably adds 20 more seats.
