This property once belonged to the Principality of Asturias and is now privately owned. It was formerly a tahona or communal oven. We wanted to show an example of the typical properties of the area, set in a perfect environment to define the strength of Asturian nature. Carefully restored, it consists of a hotel with 13 exclusive rooms, a restaurant. And an endless number of activities such as hiking along the trails of Picos de Europa, horse riding or cycling, canoeing, rafting, canyoning, climbing, caving, fishing ... And of course, enjoy a day at the beach.It is a clear example of environmentally friendly architecture. All the rooms have beautiful views of the river or the forest; 9 of them are on the first floor and the other 4 are on the ground floor.The hotel has a bar, restaurant, two outdoor terraces, lounge, games room with billiards, table football and reading books, and a cosy glazed terrace for dinners. The rooms have flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes, full bathroom, and some of them have a dressing room or an extra bed for children. In total, it has a maximum capacity for 29 people.The restaurant has 3 possible rooms. The restaurant licence provides for 40 seats. The licence is from before the glazing of the outdoor terrace, which can comfortably seat 20 more people.
