Located on the new promenade of Torrevieja. With a facade of more than 50m in length facing the Mediterranean. This premises is part of an exclusive project that is made up of 20 homes of up to 197 square meters, a basement for a garage, storage rooms and a ground floor for commercial use. The minimalist design of the building and the carefully selected top quality materials make this building a benchmark on the Costa Blanca coast. The initial conception was to create the image of a large white rock facing the sea, reminiscent of the mountains of sea salt collected in the salt flats of Torrevieja. To achieve the desired effect, Capri limestone was selected for the facade, as it is a carbonated sedimentary rock of marine origin, which is undoubtedly a 'jewel' of nature that transmits a sober elegance to the facade.
