This project, crafted by the esteemed HCP Architecture Studio, features a single multi-family building that stands five stories tall above ground, complemented by three levels of underground parking. It offers a total of 23 residences, with three homes on the ground floor and four homes on each of the first through fifth floors. Parking for cars and motorcycles is conveniently located across the three basement levels. Additionally, storage rooms are available in both the basements and on the ground floor.
