This project, crafted by HCP Architecture Studio, features a single multi-family building with five stories above ground and three levels of basement parking. The development includes a total of 23 residences, with three homes on the ground floor and four homes on each of the first through fifth floors. Parking for both cars and motorcycles is conveniently located across the three basement levels. Additionally, storage rooms are available in the basements and on the ground floor.
