The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space to accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Just outside the door is another bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. The cosy sitting area has a comfortable sofa and armchair, as well as a 4-seater dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine). Both the bedrooms and living room also have air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. Outside, there is a terrace with views of the swimming pool. Upstairs, we find a large solarium with sunbeds and a table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying al fresco dining. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day of electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included.
