Traditional house in the seaside neighbourhood of Cabanyal in the city of Valencia, recently ranked as the third coolest neighbourhood in Europe by 'The Guardian'. It has a vertical garden , a table for 5 people and an outdoor shower with hot water. Crossing the backyard you access the second building unit, a self-contained apartment. On the ground floor is the living room with a 3-seater sofa bed and a desk with a chair. This space is perfect for working from home if needed. On the upper floor there is a second bedroom which also has a double bed and a full bathroom with shower.
