Rustic property of 2.54 hectares 4 km. of the population with cultivation of almond trees and forest. It has an 18th century building located very close to the Pena River known as “la fabriqueta”, which had previously been one of the 4 paper factories that existed in Valderrobres. The farm has water from an irrigation ditch that collects water from the river and springs in the area. The main building, built of stone and with some ashlars, has 109 m2 of floor space on 3 floors. On the ground floor the stone tubs and the arch through which the water flowed are preserved. The first floor was the home and has a direct entrance through the side terrace, and the upper floor is a large room that was used for drying paper, where the rectangular windows on the façade stand out. Next to the main building there is another building in a state of ruin to be rehabilitated with a floor area of 130 m2. The property also has an old large refrigerator excavated in the basement with a cylindrical body made of stone that the owner has just restored. It is a beautiful farm with a lot of history in a rustic and natural environment.
