The farm, measuring 18 hectares, is located in the municipality of Belmonte de San José, 4 km away. From the town center and 2.2 from the N-232 on the regional A-2409, in the area known as Pas den Rei. It is a rustic property in full olive grove production (232 units) and also has almond trees and pine forests.
