If what you are looking for is a unique property to rehabilitate in Matarraña, this farm is one of the most special in the area. Located in the middle of nature, among riverside trees, large fig trees and on the edge of the Matarraña river, stands this old flour mill known in the area as “Molino Nuevo” and dated in 1582. Of 183 m2 built of plant, the building keeps in its interior the old machinery to grind the grain and in the gullies of the mill, a turbine coupled to a pump is still in operation, with which the water is raised to an olive farm of the same property. The mill maintains the privacy of the main road but at the same time has good access. On the same road there is a stone building of 164 m2 where animals were once kept. The farm has an irrigation permit and has several ponds. It is spectacular to feel the waterfall next to the mill and the murmur of the river water.
