Everyone knows there is a White House in Washington but not so many people are aware there is another one in El Perelló and the great advantage of this White House is it comes without the U.S. president. In other words, it’s a calm and tranquil finca, large and expansive, with over 200m2 of internal space with fabulous views of the mountains that are arrayed around the Meditterranean coastline. So the property is built on a grand scale with the entrance through metal gates onto a gravelled driveway that provides easy turning. An elegant line of arches run down the side of the property to a covered sun terrace that overlooks a bespoke barbecue area.
