The main access to the house is through a wooden gate with a gold lower plate. It is totally open plan and restoration would entail flooring, partitions, electricity, water, etc. The owners have assured us that there is no problem with the structure, meaning that they have secured the upper floor structure so that one could comfortably live in the ground floor without having to inhabit and renovate the upper floor.   The price is somewhat negotiable. The furniture, much of it antique, is to be negotiated alongside the sale of the house and the price of the sale would determine whether any furniture was included in the sale price.    All mains services are connected. Broadband internet is available.   The property is located in Osuna, 200m from the centre, 90 km from Seville, 90 km from Cordoba and 120 km from Malaga.
