A house to enjoy the tranquility of living outside the city, but well connected to Santa María de Oia and Baiona, where we can enjoy the atmosphere, mainly in summer. The house has 4 half floors, which is very comfortable. As we enter the property we find a fairly large and well-equipped kitchen with space for a breakfast table, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a balcony, and an exterior bathroom with a shower to share; going down a flight of stairs we find a fairly large living room with access to the porch, where you can enjoy the sea views. Going up from the ground floor we reach a very large bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe that can be used as a bedroom or games room, depending on the needs of each person. In the attic there is a double bedroom with a terrace and fitted wardrobe and a very large bathroom with a storage room taking advantage of the roof slope. In the basement is the garage with space for two cars, a laundry area with a toilet and a large cellar. In the garden we have the large porch with sea views and a barbecue to enjoy outdoor gatherings with family and friends. The house's stairs have windows, which gives the house a lot of light.
