The solidity and durability of the construction are based on a reinforced concrete foundation and structure, supervised by an independent technical control body. The flat roof is waterproofed and thermally insulated, with non-slip ceramic finishes on walkable terraces, gravel on non-passable terraces and artificial grass on the solarium. The façade has a cement mortar cladding painted on brickwork, with a double-leaf enclosure and thermoacoustic insulation. The interior partition walls are solved with dry partition or coated brick systems, incorporating acoustic and thermal insulation between homes. The exterior carpentry is lacquered aluminium with thermal break and microventilation, incorporating double glazing with an air chamber. The entrance door to the house is a security door, and the interior doors are lacquered in white. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes lined inside, with a trunk compartment and metal bar. The flooring combines laminate flooring in main rooms and ceramic in bathrooms, toilets and terraces (non-slip).
