In the past, the property was used for agricultural and livestock work, but the stables are still perfectly usable today.On the property there are many fruit trees of great fruit production such as lemon trees, kiwis, persimmons, grapes,apples etc.Within the property, apart from the large main house, there are several outbuildings, including a very large garage/workshop with a large belt saw and a pit for the maintenance of the vehicles.
