Built at the end of the nineteenth century, it is part of the catalogue of buildings of the Historic-Artistic Complex of Guía due to its historical and typological interest. The house belonged to Doña María del Pino de León y Castillo y Manrique De Lara, 4th Marchioness of Muni; having been the first holder of the marquisate D. Fernando León y Castillo. This building was the headquarters of the staff of the Military Regiment of Guía at the end of the 19th century and a hotel called El Norte in the 30s of the 20th century. The house has an L-shaped floor plan with an interior gallery, closed on the upper floor and with access to the large patio with garden on the ground floor. The ground floor has a living room and four rooms, two toilets and an outbuilding at the back formerly used as a stable, now walled up, plus the courtyard with garden. The upper floor has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, five rooms and access to a walkable roof terrace. Ideal property for a rural hotel, institutional headquarters or any other business that needs its large spaces. The level of historical protection it has means that the façade and the L-shaped floor plan with the gallery must be maintained, but the interior layout can be modified to adapt it to its new use.
