A two bedroom cortijo of modern construction on 4000 m2 of good irrigated agricultural land. The lower plot is more natural. At the upper end of the upper plot is a 36,000 litre alberca (water deposit) which stores irrigation water for agricultural use. The land is south facing and there are spectacular views to the south of the Guadalfeo valley. Cañar is a pretty peaceful village with shop, town hall, pharmacy etc. It is located twenty minutes drive from Orgiva, a town of 5,000 people with many facilities.
