Recently built farmhouse of 260 built m2, on a plot of 5,394 m2, very close to Ventorros de San José, Granada. Up on the first floor, there are four bedrooms, a bathroom, another living room and another kitchen too, meaning that one of the kitchens and/or living rooms could be used for other purposes, if desired.   Outside, there is a salt water pool, paddle tennis court, outdoor shed, water well, a garden with pine forest, holm oaks, some fruit trees and a barbecue area.   Mains electricity is connected. The water comes from a well.
