A cortijo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, divided into two independent parts, with two adjoining plots, located in the hamlet of Bayacas in the municipality of Órgiva, accessible from the main road by a paved road. The building dates back to 1980 and has been renovated and modernized. The Cortijo has 125m2 built. Each part has a living room, a bathroom or shower room, an open kitchen and a bedroom. Traditional features such as thick walls, wooden beams and flat roofs have been retained. The Cortijo has a water and electricity connection of the city. Bayacas is a quiet little village of 140 inhabitants, many of whom live abroad, at an altitude of 650 m and fifteen minutes by car from Órgiva, a town of five thousand inhabitants.
