Three modern ( built 2007) cortijos, each of two bedrooms, and registered for rural tourism, on a large ( 12,500 m2) plot of land, a short distance ( about 2km) from Orgiva. The property is reached by a good asphalt road and the cortijos have town water and electricity connected. The three cortijos have virtually identical layouts.... There is a front covered porch, a large living room with a fireplace, and at one end an open plan modern fitted kitchen. There are two bedrooms and a shower room. The quality of construction, furnishing and finish is very high. Each cortijo has separate access from the road. The surrounding land is 12,500 m2 of irrigated olive land, south facing and gently sloping. The land has irrigation rights from the acequia ( irrigation water channel) las Ventanas, and there is an automatic drip irrigation system installed. There are wonderful, views to the south, of the Sierra Lujar. The location is peaceful and rural, with good access and a short distance from the town of Orgiva, so is ideally suited for rural tourism.
