A village house in an idyllic location on the edge of Saleres with the most phenomenal views - a fantastically tranquil setting overlooking the orange groves and accompanied by a heavenly soundtrack of birdsong. The traditional village house is compact with a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen and a versatile room on the top floor. The spacious terrace with storage room offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and towards the banks of the River Santo. Layout Ground floor: entrance hall with a lounge on the right-hand side and a small kitchen to the rear of the house. There is also a downstairs toilet next to the stairs. On the first floor a spacious landing leads down to the main bedroom and a bathroom. To the opposite side is the 2nd bedroom. On the top floor is a lovely additional room with a beamed ceiling. From here there is access out to the terrace with panoramic views and space for a table and chairs. Off the terrace is a handy storage room. Location: Saleres is located in the popular Lecrin Valley at the foot of the Rio Santo. It has numerous beautiful hiking trails that connect to other villages with Albuñuelas just 3 kilometres away and Restábal little over a kilometre. Granada city and the beach are both within 30 minutes by car. Malaga airport is 75 minutes and Granada airport 35 minutes. The larger village of Restábal is only a few minutes by car and has a local supermarket, a restaurant with tapas bar, a bank, school and pharmacy.
