The static caravan is sited at Balcon De Pitres Granada Spain. It is very peaceful with lovely views. You can live all year if you want too. It has gas fire heating. Pitres the village is a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away. The village has a medical centre, bank, post office, shops, bars and restaurants, every thing you need. There are many other villages around the area. The beach is just over an hour away at Motril. Skiing at the (Sierra Nevada) is an hours drive. There are mountain trails from the site with lovely views . fencing and decking and small outside garden area. The ground rent is 315 euros a month ( if you pay 8 months up front its 5% cheaper).. you are allowed pets.
