There is a super wood burning stove set into a decorative stone chimney. The next room along is the large kitchen/dining room. This is done in a traditional Andaluz style with tiled worktops and cupboards under. There is a single glass door that leads to the covered terrace. Next from the kitchen is another room with wood burning stove and double patio doors to the terrace. This room could be an office, separate dining room or the wall between the kitchen and this room can be removed to make one huge open plan space. The bedroom area is at the rear of the house and consists of a long corridor with all the bedrooms off and a family bathroom with bath and shower at the end of the hall. All the bedrooms are double size but two are larger rooms and one has fully fitted wardrobes along one wall. All have window bars and views of the rear garden. Exterior There are three doors that lead to the terrace. This is a lovely area with a central covered dining area and either side two open areas for sunbathing. The covered area has a quality wood framed structure, a heavy tiled dining table and chairs are included in the price. The dining table comfortably sits 8 and could easily sit 10. The views from here are over the countryside and towards the mountains. It’s a wonderful place to sit, eat with family and friends and enjoy the quiet of the countryside in our excellent weather. There’s a further terrace just below the main area which would be a great space for morning yoga. A small gate leads to a path to the pool and a BBQ plus a few steps down lead to some garden, the smaller terrace and around the house to a store room which was used as a kennels. This two room store could easily be converted into an office space, workshop, or storage area. From here you have access to the rear of the property where there are more olive trees and some areas which you could make into veggie patches. You can walk all along the rear of the property to the wood store and then a gate leads you back to the vine covered terrace. This is a super property and is ideal for a family home, holiday home or business. It has everything, easy access, mains, good wifi, fantastic views without being in the middle of nowhere.
