The village has three bars, a shop, church, school, and many wonderful walking and cycling routes. The house is a traditional large Spanish town house. There is space at the rear to put in a garage or you can park on the street in front of the house. All the rooms have high ceilings and as is often found there are two ground floor rooms off the main hallway before you go through to a dining room with open fireplace. Off this dining room is a large bedroom with bathroom. There are some original floors in this part of the house and it’s possible that additional original flooring can be found under the tiles that currently cover the floors. Also off the dining room is the kitchen, exit to the patio and stairs to the top floor. The kitchen needs updating and is long not wide but it would be possible to extend the kitchen into the patio and made a really nice open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room. The patio has a large covered area which you can keep covered or remove it to make more garden space. There’s room for a pool here. The family bathroom is accessed from the patio. Upstairs there are two rooms off the landing; on the left a standard bedroom where you need to replace the roof and on the right a large room with another room behind it. You could knock down the wall between these two rooms and put in an en-suite and end up with a large principal bedroom. There are a further three bedrooms and we think it would make sense to try to make the middle bedroom a family bathroom. This is an interesting proposition for anyone who wants a project that’s not too extensive and to end up with a lovely village house.
