Directly outside the kitchen a wide porch runs along the length of the house. To the right of the doors is a long tiled dining table and chairs, to the left another sitting area with sofas.   On the far side of the pool is another covered dining area and a large outdoor kitchen with a built in barbecue.   Separate from the house, there is a large external games room next to the threshing circle with a pool table, small bar area and gym equipment.   The property has its own well, which could be used to irrigate a garden.   Second House The owners also have a second property, acquired at the same time as the main house. This property consists of a ruin of 165 m2 for which outline planning consent has been granted. Its plot of 13.000 m2 borders that of the main house but the ruin is situated high above on a hill and the two are entirely private. It is possible to acquire both properties together.
