A large finca located on the northern slopes of the Contraviesa/Sierra Lujar, consisting of a large two storey building of in total 400 m2 and 24 rooms, and 12 Ha of land. In the last century the building housed three families who worked the land for wine, almonds and figs. The finca is reached by 3 km of track from the main road to Torvizcon. The building consists of an upper part, with three separate living areas, in total twelve rooms, and three entrances. The lower part of the building has twelve rooms, but in this case they are storerooms, a carpentry workshop, a wine press room, and a bodega with two wine tuns each of 1,500 litres. The building is in sound condition and the roof was repaired two years ago. The land consists of thirty plots of land, in total 12 Ha, of which 3,000 m2 is classified as irrigated arable land, 9 Ha as dry vine, almond and fig land, and the rest as pasture. The land has water rights from a nearby source, in total 60 hours every 16 days. A little behind the building is a large era (threshing circle) and a water storeage deposit of 30,000 litres, for domestic use.
