Property located in the village of Furelos, right on the Camino de Santiago (French Way), 1.5 km before Melide and halfway between Lugo and Santiago, with Santiago's international airport just 40 km away. This is one of the most beautiful villages on the Camino de Santiago, as most of its houses have been beautifully restored. The village is particularly known for its church and the Roman bridge that all pilgrims must cross to get across the river, which adds an incredible charm to the village and, in particular, to this property, which is right by the river. From almost any window of the house, you can enjoy views of the bridge and its small waterfall.This house is one of the most photographed by pilgrims from the bridge. The property covers approximately 3,000 square meters, completely flat, and with direct access to the river. It has several fruit trees.Inside the plot, there is a modern, single-story house with an attic area adapted as living space. The attic has two rooms: one with two beds and another with three. To access the attic, there is a folding electric ladder that is quite steep, but despite its appearance, it is stable and easy to climb up and down.On the ground floor, there is a long hallway with two doors leading to the outside, from where you can access various rooms. There is a large kitchen-dining room with all the necessary appliances, a spacious dining-living room, a bathroom, and two large bedrooms. In the master bedroom, there is a small section where a bathroom could be added.Outside, attached to the house, there is a large storage area/wine cellar, which includes a small bathroom with a shower and a barbecue area. The barbecue zone is equipped with a gas stove, sink, and a large table. There is also a large metal gate that can be opened or closed depending on the weather.
