This 1936 house, located in the heart of Sarriá, is reborn with a design that fuses art and architecture in a unique way. Every corner reflects the vision of Mariona Espinet, who expresses her love for color from her interior design studio. The blue walls of the living room enhance a cozy atmosphere, where the sofa by Margarita Ventura and the CH28T armchair by Hans Wegner, together with a table by Max Enrich, turn the space into a work of art. The canvases by Art by Mariona Espinet not only decorate, but tell stories through color. The dining room, with a custom-made red table and Cirio lamps by Santa & Cole, stands out for its elegance. The fireplace designed by Espinet and the Thonet Viennese chairs, acquired from Wiener GTV Design, create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Materials such as oak wood and microcement combine with natural light filtered through the moss-coloured façade for added warmth and life. Every space in this house is a celebration of design, where color, texture and functionality intertwine to offer a home full of character. The house sits on a 167 m² plot, spread over two floors that unfold fluidly while creating functional and welcoming spaces. On the ground floor, we find a utility room room with an extra bed, ideal for staff. Next to it, a full bathroom is complemented by an equipped kitchen that invites you to enjoy gastronomy. The spacious and bright living room opens onto a private 62 m² terrace, creating a perfect environment to relax or socialize outdoors. On the first floor, we have a studio just at the foot of the stairs that offers an intimate and creative space. Two exterior bedrooms share a full bathroom , while the master suite room —with more than 20 m²— is presented as a personal refuge.
