This very special townhouse in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains is located in the picturesque and charming village of Mancor de la Vall and is a well-kept secret among insiders of the island due to its great access to all the wonderful sports and leisure activities that Mallorca has to offer. Currently, the designer has opened up the house by removing former walls to create a free-flowing and spacious environment. It was intentionally designed as a pied-à-terre for only two occupants. However, there are options for accommodating guests by furnishing it accordingly with a sleeper sofa or daybed. If an enclosed second bedroom is necessary, the designer has plans ready and a contractor on standby to create a stone-clad partition with a paneled glass door and integrated lighting.
