The floor is made of high-quality natural stone flooring and bamboo parquet. The bathroom is equipped with the precious glossy plaster Tadelakt, according to an old Moroccan craft. Sanitary equipment by Philip Stark and Dornbracht complete the exclusive design. This house has a water heat pump, as well as a solar thermal and photovoltaic system, and thus uses the natural and sustainable resources of sun and water to generate heat and hot water. The property has its own water supply and is connected to the public electricity network. It also has shielded electrical wiring and mains isolators to minimise electrosmog.
