Andalusian house, which is the result of the rehabilitation of an old stone house preserving all the traditional construction elements and adapting them to the architectural typology of Andalusian houses from the 12th and 13th centuries, based on the latest studies referring to this type of housing in Al-Andalus as has been the case in some points of the city of Granada, Cordoba and Medina Siyasa in Murcia, etc., following the same architectural and anthropological pattern. On the ground floor there are four rooms (three of them Nazari), the Hammam, a toilet, a double bedroom with a complete bathroom and a whirlpool tub, the reception with a table 4 chairs and 4 restored antique armchairs. The kitchen composed of 1 ceramic hob, 1 industrial microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 4-door refrigeration chamber, 1 stainless steel cabinet, 1 toaster, 1 Ariston brand refrigerator. The boiler room composed of 4 boilers of the VAILLANT brand, gas and a ROCA brand 5000 liter capacity water heater. 2 Arab patios, the first and largest in the Arab courtyard style with 4 porticos with a fountain in the center and the second with a pool, an irrigation ditch and several fountains. On the upper floor, 3 Nazari rooms of different proportions and 5 double bedrooms with complete bathrooms each and whirlpool tub. Completing the upper part or algorfa, the laundry room with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer and all kinds of clothes and towels for regular use. And a terrace that borders the medieval tower covering the entrance to the house. You enter the house through the main facade door built as an Arab tower with a pointed horseshoe arch in brick and a recessed inner facade. The entrance hall is of the Nazari type, with Alhambra tiling and revolves around 5 columns and 4 pillars that support several Arab arches and allow a view of the central body of the tower with the distribution of the upper space and the Mudejar coffered ceiling resting on the 12 arched windows of the tower. It is a room covered with Fajalauza tile, with some plasterwork on the walls and a Arab plaster ceiling, presenting on the right the reproduction of an Arab Mihrab and in the center of the columns a water spout with a pomegranate carved in travertine and marble floor. To the right of the entrance courtyard is the Hammam of the house of totally Andalusian style which consists of several rooms such as cold water tub (cold room), warm water tub and rest room (warm room) and hot water tub (hot room). The distribution is based on a succession of horseshoe arches and some pointed brick Arab arches, clay floor, tiles of various models of the Alhambra type and gresite plates inside the tubs. The heating system of the tubs is done through the heating ducts by hot water circuit. Through the previous room we enter the dining room, with old stone walls and two rows of horseshoe arches in brick on stone columns with Arab capitals that distribute the space symmetrically. 5 Arab tables carved in cedar wood from Fez (Morocco) stand out, as does the rustic pantry. 20 chairs with horseshoe arches on the back and old tapestries as wall hangings. Entrance to the dining room is through the main room and reproduces the scheme of the Andalusian courtyard with four porticos with a cruise plant. It features an ancient fountain in the middle of the cruise and sitting areas around the columns that delimit it. Reproduces the scheme of the Arab orchard with a small pool at the top and an irrigation ditch that carries the water down to the bottom passing through a second fountain located in the intermediate area. It is a system of interconnected and internally illuminated fountains that runs parallel to the different spaces of the courtyard BEDROOM 1 Room for 4 people on two levels.
