The apartment was renovated taking into account the maximum guarantees of quality and demand for comfort and usability. Starting with the enclosures, the Kömmerling brand was chosen, a high-end on the market, which allows us perfect insulation, both thermal and sound. We also wanted the floor to be warm and at the same time with great sound reduction to have a minimal impact on the neighbor on the lower floor It is a Parador brand laminate flooring, model TREND Time 6, limestone nova oak, installed on an Evaflex 2mm acoustic insulating base. The appliances are high-end; We have a Bosch fridge, a Meireles kitchen, a SMEG screen, a Samsum dishwasher and washing machine, all new. The doors of the rooms and wardrobes are custom-made and with their own design, it includes a perimeter molding and lacquered with a beautiful green color very fashionable today. The apartment is sold furnished, with a beautiful natural marble central table in the living room and some vintage-style rattan chairs that have just been restored. We also highlight a large relax sofa, completely new. The main room also consists of newly lacquered furniture, with a new high-end base and mattress.
