This sunny and ligtfull flat is on a second line, only 200 metres or less from the Promenade In Torre del Mar. Easy to live without car because the supermarket Supersol, is on the same square, bus stop only 200 metres, restaurants, shops, banks,... on a walk distance. This flat is the top floor, this is the second floor of the block, has lift but there are some stairs to get the lift. Community storeroom for bicycles. There is garden and community pool, but it is closed during winters. The flat was completely reform 2 years ago, on May 2021 was reformed one of the bathroom , on May 2022 will be reform the master bathroom and will be install airconditioning on the living room. It has a large livingroom with open kitchen, terrace, wardroves, 3 bedrooms, one of them in suite, 2 bathroom, both of them with bathtube. High quality, full equipped, we are looking for good, clean, careful tenants without pets who wants to spend their winter on a place of the paradise. Price doesn´t included supplies or cleaning during your stay, anyway if you would like to get a weekely cleaning for maintenance the owner will send you her personal to clean ( you will pay to the cleaner directly). General conditions to rent: -proof your solvency. -don´t be on delinquency lists. -1 month is paid as deposit. -1st month is paid in advance ( for rentals shorter than 3 months, ask) -Our fees are calculated proportional for rentals from 5 monhts. For rentals till 4 months or less, our fees, 250 euros, plus VAT.
