It is a very picturesque house located in San Martin del Tesorillo, about 10 km from the Port of Sotogrande. The construction was an old rice mill from the 19th century belonging to the Larios family. It is located next to the Guadiaro river, between the Sierra del Gaucín and Casares in the Campo de Gribaltar region. The ground floor is surrounded by a nice garden and a porch. Distributed on two floors, on the entrance floor it consists of a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen with direct access to the porch, two large bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor we find a very large bedroom with a study area, an ensuite bathroom and a terrace. The construction is steeped in history, its colonial-style windows give it a great personality and elegance. This place is a source of inspiration for artists and is ideal for those who want to enjoy the tranquility surrounded by a natural environment. With an extraordinary location, it allows to develop very varied sports activities such as water sports, horse riding, etc. Surrounded by the best golf courses in Europe (Valderrama, Sotogrande, and La Reserva) and the Polo fields. This complex is made up of 15 houses, all of them the product of the renovation work carried out on an old rice mill, whose structure of stone walls and metal trusses have been used to build the houses. The houses were rehabilitated with high-quality old materials recovered from Cádiz palaces from the end of the 17th century. Stone slabs from Tarifa, clay flooring, marble, Flanders pine flooring have been used, creating a very special atmosphere in the urbanization and inside the homes.
