Bellavista is a very quiet place to live, with a good atmosphere, and although not many people live in winter; the offices are open all year round; and in mid-2021 the restaurant will remain open throughout the year. At the moment there are no public transport services.To live in Bellavista Residential it is essential to have a car.The town of Pego is very close, 6 km away, offering basic services of all kinds, supermarkets, doctors, bars and restaurants.There are other towns closer like Rafol d ’Almunia 2 km away; but they are smaller and with fewer services.We are 10 km from Oliva, 20 km from Denia, 25 km from Gandía, 32 km from Benissa, 53 km from Benidorm, 95 km from Valencia and Alicante, that is, just one hour by car from the international airports of Valencia and Alicante and 10 km from the nearest family beach, Les Deveses. The Bellavista apartments are built according to the traditional architecture of the area and have a careful continuous maintenance care by our staff.They are distributed in three different blocks, of three floors each block with private gardens that offer incredible views over the Mediterranean.The apartments have one, two or three bedrooms distributed between 60m2 and 100m2 of living space depending on the apartment.The two-bedroom apartments are located on the ground, first and second floors depending on the apartment.Those with three bedrooms are on the ground floor, next to the garden, and those with three bedrooms are on the attic floor. All apartments are fully equipped: furnished, with kitchen utensils, bathroom and with spacious terraces where you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the area.With interior care and comfortable furniture, each apartment is designed so that you can enjoy all the comforts of home to the fullest. Two-Bedroom Standard Apartment (From 60m2 of living space and 15m2 of terrace).This apartment, with capacity for up to four people, has a spacious terrace that offers pleasant corners for relaxing or reading.It is accessed from the mezzanine floor, first or second floor through access stairs, depending on the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a full American kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, electric stove and washing machine, a comfortable living room and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub depending on the apartment, a furnished terrace and free WiFi connection. It has a gym, miniature golf, table tennis and a seasonal outdoor pool (open from June 15 to September 15) and a spacious parking area (1 space per apartment).
