Finca with water connection and a mas in Mazaleon next to the Matarraña river. The property has a surface of 6.600 m2 (0.66 hectares) and the mas has an area of 31 m2. The mas is in good general condition and has a saddle roof. The water comes from an irrigation canal. Thanks to the water connection, a vegetable garden is possible and all kinds of fruit trees grow well. Irrigation is possible every Monday. For use of water in the mas a reservoir can be filled. The irrigation canal is located about two meters from the building. The finca is planted with about 80 paulownias, 30 olive trees, several old kiwi trees, a pear tree, a grape vine, a walnut tree and a number of hazelnut trees. The finca borders the river, is easily accessible via a wide gravel path and is located two kilometers from the village. It is a privileged location in a very quiet area, in the middle of nature and from the mas there is a beautiful view over the valley.
